How long do I have to report an issue with my order?
You have up to 3 days after the official delivery confirmation to open a dispute from your Customer Portal. If you do not manually confirm and no dispute is lodged within this period, escrow funds are automatically released to the merchant.
What are valid reasons to open a dispute?
You can initiate a dispute for: items not received, items arrived broken or damaged, items significantly different from listing photos or specifications, counterfeit goods, or missing components.
How does the Pi Coin refund process work?
Once a full or partial refund is agreed with the seller or ruled by our arbitration team, Pi Coins are immediately and automatically credited back to your internal AfriPiMall Pi wallet with a verifiable ledger transaction entry.
