Returns and Refunds Policy
Clear, fair, and transparent guidelines for exchanges, return requests, and Pi Wallet refunds
At AfriPiMall International, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction on every purchase. If an item received is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, you are covered by our buyer protection policy.
1. Return Window (7-14 Days)
Customers may initiate a return request within 7 to 14 days of confirmed package delivery, depending on the product category. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags, accessories, and warranty cards included.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
- Defective or Damaged Item: The product arrives broken, physically damaged, or fails to operate upon unboxing.
- Incorrect Product Sent: The model, color, size, or specification received differs from what was ordered.
- Missing Parts or Accessories: Critical components described in the product listing are missing.
3. Refund Process & Pi Settlement
Once the merchant receives and inspects the returned item:
- Approved refunds are credited directly back to the customer's Pi Wallet balance within 24 to 48 hours via double-entry ledger settlement.
- Orders paid via fiat or card gateways are refunded via the original payment method or credited in Pi Coin at the prevailing exchange rate upon customer request.
4. How to Request a Return
